Got questions? We’ve got answers! Whether you're an author, reader, vendor, or volunteer, this is your one-stop shop for all things Signed With Spice. From ticket info to event logistics, we’ve rounded up the most common questions to help make your experience as smooth (and spicy) as possible.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will be available starting April 19th at 2 PM EDT.

What are ticket prices?

Tickets are $150 (or $162.21 with fees).

Is there an age requirement to attend?

Yes. All attendees must be 18 or older—no exceptions.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person if needed.

Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?

Either works—printed or digital tickets are accepted at check-in.

Will food and drinks be available on site?

Yes! The Cross Insurance Center’s concession stands will be open throughout the event, offering a variety of meals, snacks, and beverages for purchase. Bubblers are also available throughout the venue if you need a quick drink of water.

Can I bring a cart to the convention?

Yes! Carts and rolling totes are welcome for carrying your book hauls and swag. Dimension’s need to be within 18”x18”.

What accommodations are available for persons with disabilities?

The Cross Insurance Center is ADA-compliant. You can find full accessibility details on their ADA Information Page.
